I'm panpan, designer of manmanku girls dresses. Also, i'm a full-time creative and crafty lady who can't live without a taste of home, biscuits, computer, creativity, friends, kita the cat, and smiley faces :)
manmanku means 'cotton valley' in chinese, 绵绵谷. A place where a lot of cats living with mounting cotton. And they love to play with the cotton.
manmanku is a newly transformation of our family business. From girls daily clothing, now being named as ‘sunset industry’ in our place in Malaysia. We want to revive the business, transform from a sunset industry to a sunrise industry.
Now, manmanku is a creative mix of past, present and future ideas in girls' dresses. Designed for girls from ages 1 to 6 years, the label's inspired by retro patterns, traditional silhouettes and updated with rich prints and applications.
We design, make and sell online. We have a small workshop with professional dressmakers. Our workshop is based in Ipoh, a city in Malaysia where is known for limestone hills, good food and Ipoh white coffee. We have more relaxed lifestyle. Thus we live happily and produce the best quality dresses with fine craftsmanship and careful attention to detail.
